DC is at a MD private.[/quote] You might want to check on the athletes part, no sure that’s right. OOS legacies used to get a bump, but not sure about that. In any event it’s a hard place to get into OOS. They do look for ways to count you in state, at least they used to when I went there. My father was in the military and his permanent address was NC even though we lived in DMV and my father had never lived in NC in my lifetime. They counted me in state. That was a while ago, though.[/quote]
