Does it make you feel nauseous or just not hungry? Are you literally skipping meals or just eating less per meal and do you find it’s changing your eating habits (ie making healthier choices) or if you ate crap before you’re just eating less crap now? Just curious how the appetite suppression works on these things.
I have not been nauseous but some people are. Also, if I eat fried food (like McDs) I have immediate GI rebellion and need the toilet. I am mostly not hungry, and when I eat I get full faster. Before, I was never not hungry. I had food noise, yes, but I also felt a gnawing pit hungry feeling. All the time. Because you're eating less, you do have to make better choices about the food you eat so that you get nutrition. I aim for 80 g of protein a day. If I just eat crackers I don't feel good, even though I'm not technically hungry. The program I used put me on a two week "reset" diet (low sugar, low carb) when I started and that helped too.
