apparently, the AG  "argued in court that Cox hadn't proved she would suffer "immediate and irreparable injury" and suggested that a subsequent hearing be allowed with more evidence.", and that ""The only party that’s going to suffer an immediate and irreparable harm" if the judge grants the requested order, he said, "is the state.""

Like a  lawyer knows what medical condition would cause a woman immediate and irreparable harm more than a doctor would.  And how exactly does the state "suffer an immediate and irreparable harm" by this woman's medical need for an abortion?
