I go to a boot camp between home and work (approx 15-20 mins away) that is from 5:30-6:30. I'm at my desk at 7:15 to leave by 4 and get my kids by 4:30-4:45. Re food: I do WW. I eat 90% home-cooked whole grains, lean protein, veggies, etc. My eating is not perfect but its the best I can do. My dr, trainer, and nutritionist all told me that lack of sleep can prohibit weight loss. It doesnt mean that that is what is happening here, but its one missing puzzle piece. I am just trying to figure out the logistics of going to sleep earlier and losing those hours.[/quote]
