[/quote] I had the same thing happen earlier this year with my DC 911 call. I was on my iphone and my call got routed to Montgomery County, she said she couldn't help, but would wait on the line. It was nearly 4 min she was on hold with me, after picking up 30 seconds, all documented on my iphone on a random weekday about 5pm. People would be dead by that point. It's truly scary. [/quote]
