ugh this is so scary. I have a fear of being carjacked getting my kid in and out of the car. I feel like we have always been taught to pay attention to your surroundings, leave as soon as you get in your car... but when you are getting the kid in the car seat your back is turned and its hard to pay attention to anything else.  There was a carjacking in front of my friends building SW... i dont go there after dark any more. [/quote]

Carjackings in DC are going to get much worse in 2024.

All crime in DC will get much worse before it gets better.  There are no serious plans to reduce crime.

The DC government plans claiming to “address” crime stand ZERO chance of reducing crime.[/quote]
