I get up at 4:55am to exercise from 5:30-6:30 before work at 7. I work till 4 and then get my kids at 4:45. They go to sleep around 8 and then I need to do some decompressing, errands, chores, extra work, and alone time with DH. I dont get to sleep before midnight (especially with the Olympics). 5 hrs simply isnt enough sleep. If you get up early, when do you go to sleep and how do you manage to get things done?
I'm exactly you, except I wake up at 5:15 and run outside from approx 5:30-6:30. I do manage to get everything I need done by 10PM and am usually going to sleep then. We have a weekly cleaner, and I do a MASSIVE amount of meal prep on Sundays...like LOTS of bulk cooking, chopping, washing, bagging, and so forth. This cuts my dinner prep to under 20 minuets a night, often no meal prep at all. I also have an amazing husband who does all of the laundry and also helps around the house. I find that just getting over 7hrs of sleep at night is very exhausting, but I do have a day or two thrown in there where I get 8-9 hrs of sleep, so that helps me recharge. TV? What is that?
