Not sure why PP is down playing the role as purely ceremonial. We saw the influence of the mayor when Wilson repackaged and fast tracked ZFH. Gaskins is his handpicked replacement. Most of us knew this months ago. The ZFH vote, Wilson’s retirement and Gaskin’s announcement were intentional and planned ages ago.
