It's unclear how it originated. My understanding from my son is that the fight was somewhat prearranged. Having participated in a "prearranged" fight when I was in middle school that most certainly against my will and was definitely the result of bullying, I don't find that to mean much (I did win my fight, however!). It could be possible that the winner of the fight has been bullying the kid who threatened to shoot everyone. It wouldn't be the first time this chain of events has taken place.[/quote]
