OP I’m also a 1948 through my father and grandmother. I’m paying around $8,000 for my lawyer including document collection and translations for four of us. But I started a couple of years ago when it was a bit cheaper and we’re about to file our case in the court of Bologna. Lots of good reasons for wanting dual citizenship. I agree with PP who recommended the Facebook group. They’re extremely helpful for anyone seeking Italian citizenship through JS. [/quote]
