We are trying our best. He already has unlimited bathroom breaks in his 504, but it actually negatively affects his learning time. He has accommodations for head coverings as well. This many accommodations eventually causes a ton of negative attention from other students. The main problem is that there is no basis for banning backpacks; this rule [b]causes undue harm[/b] to students for no benefit.[/quote]
