The OP didn’t say Israeli politics, just Israel generally and I assume they put it that way so this would stick to being travel related instead of devolving into a discussion about the conflict. I would not go now unless I had to visit an elderly relative or something like that, not for touring and I sadly don’t know when it will be safe. I wonder if I’ll ever go again - in the past I always felt like there was a buildup to things getting bad so you could cancel if necessary. This surprise attack really changed my calculus.[/quote]
