I’ll go down to a baby dose after the holidays. I like being thin. I started out with a lot of lean muscle mass, and I exercise a lot, so I’m not concerned about losing muscle. My face looks a million times better. It looked bloated and unhealthy before.

Side effects are manageable but not great.  The weight comes off immediately so you have lots of incentive to push through, but it is not easy to feel sick or nauseous.

For me, it was worth it. I don’t know if it would have been more overwhelming if I needed to lose 50 pounds and be on it for years. It does change your lifestyle. [/quote]
