We have cameras via rebate...I don't think it is view on demand "at any time"" ^.  There would need to be a reason to make the request, like a crime committed in front of the house.  I'm not sure why I would say no at that point, unless I was committing the crime? maybe double jeopardy would apply then? The footage is time-stamped..you wouldn't just hand it all over.
