DC residents have absolutely NO vote in the matter![/quote] Yup. Eleanor Holmes Norton regularly tries to get the amount increased; I believe a bump to $15K got through both houses of Congress a couple of years ago but came out in final budget negotiations. That’s the closest we’ve gotten in recent years. [/quote]
