That type of person tends to speak in quasi-dramatic terms like “let the sparks fly.” Your post is completely nonsensical and conveys a total lack of understanding of Kremlin decision-making and calculus. Read a book by someone who knows what they’re talking about when it comes to Putin (Andrea Kendall-Taylor, Timothy Colton, Masha Gessen, Mark Galeotti, etc).
