Have you exercised your whole life? I feel like that is key. And how did your parents age? Were you raised with great nutrition? Money?
OP I never exercise. I was raised poor. But never fast food we could not afford it. I do eat junk food maybe 2-3 times a week every week last 40 years. Only thing I did was I had very little dental attention as a kid so got all my teeth done from 45-55. So I have great white straight teeth. I also hated glasses so around 47 had lasik. I think that confuses people a bit. Yellow teeth and glasses age you. I did not realize I was healthy till last few checkups when they are suprised on zero medicine and blood pressure low. I do work full time an interesting job I like and have young staff, I also have younger kids. Plus side have never smoked and I used to go out drinking a lot.I mean like 4-5 nights a week. But when got married 25 years ago stopped. I hate drinking alone or at home. And only why going out. My uncles and father a lot died young. Lots of alcoholics and smokers. My father 54, one grandfather 42. I think I am the first generation man in my family who is not a drinker and/or smoker When I did go out was a few beers and dancing, my dad was a bottle of whiskey or vodka a day.
