[/quote] Goodwill actually exists to provide jobs for people who can’t otherwise get them. People who are coming out of incarceration, etc. The idea is, they get rehabilitative work experience that leads fo better employment. The donation/retail component is a means to an end. Having said that, I 100% agree that it is wish-cycling. I would be surprised if 20% of the items donated actually get sold. Which better than nothing, until you figure a large number of donors are replacing what they donate.[/quote]
