And you must be honest with the definitions of Reach, solid chance/target and safety. Do that, show demonstrated interest at each school, put 100% effort into all the supplemental essays (Why school X?), and your kid will likely get into 5-6 schools (all the target and safeties) and possibly 1 or more reach.
