Probably about age 45 after moving. Gaining weight because I am depressed and binge eat. Given up on finding a hair/ cut color I like. Tried several people in new location and makes no difference. Stopped getting good medical care because I can’t get in anywhere as a new patient without making an appointment 6-12 months out. When it finally comes time for an appointment it conflicts with something else. Get mediocre medical care because I gave up on finding good doctors (see above). It is possible to get in with a mediocre/bad doctor who phones it in. Wear the same crap clothes. Only replace sneakers otherwise my feet hurt. I miss my pants! Is this giving up?
This is depression, which makes you give up. Please find a therapist. You need medication and some talk therapy to get yourself out of the doldrums. Live is to be lived. You are existing, and spiraling downward. You are too young to be where you are. It's not healthy at all.
