It's great if your child would like a very small liberal arts school for the first two years and then move downtown to a bigger school. It seems like a lovely place and with faculty who care about the students. It's amazingly diverse (despite being in a non-diverse location) and it's really on the students to run all the clubs there (with only 2 years of students to run the show) But it's a very different experience from downtown Emory those first two years - whether it's "for you" depends on your preferences.
