[/quote] Because there is something to be said for earning it yourself and being truly independent. My parents paid for most of my college and graduate education, but there came a point when I realized that I wanted to do it myself and stopped taking their help. I was 22. I took on student loans. One of the best decisions I ever made. I only wish I realized it sooner.[/quote]
