Why is this offensive?[/quote] It is ridiculous that they think I don’t know my own body well enough to know the answer to the question: “could you be pregnant?” If I were there for ectopic pg symptoms of course I’d consent. If I am there for a knee x-ray, no. And I am the person who will experience the consequences if I am wrong, so the demand for a test to document what I already told them is paternalist nonsense.
