An audiologist can do a detailed audiogram and identify the specific pitches, tones, even phonemes that you need help hearing. Then they can set the aid to pick out those. Combine that with a cutting edge speech-in-noise processor and you’ll get great performance in cocktail party scenarios. [/quote]
