Disagree.  I am a moderate independent, and blame Biden for abuse of executive orders (I also blame pretty much every 20th and 21st century president for this).  I blame all of Congress for the current budget deficit and failure to control immigration.  I blame Obama for violating American citizens' rights to due process by ordering targeted drone strikes on them.  I blame everyone in government for allowing the NSA to spy on American citizens without warrants.  There are lots of things that bother me about both major parties.[/quote]

The executive order thing is mostly ceremonial, but it wouldn't be necessary if we had a functioning congress, but the GOP hasn't been interested in actual governance since the 1980's, so...[/quote]
