[/quote] No, this is just what being "relatively fit" means. I wouldn't attempt to run the NYC marathon or do a triathalon, but I am absolutely a better-than-average athlete. I've been working out since I was 7 years old. I eat pretty clean, rarely drink, and am active every day. I focus on core, balance and flexibility with cardio and strength thrown in kind of as an afterthought. [/quote]
