Two things can be true. It can be true that Hillary was too soft with juveniles and not the best leader but that Lindsay could have some grudge against her and saw the opportunity to move a weak person out. I heard when Hillary got there, some people left abruptly  [/quote]
Yes, because people who actually work with the kids involved in the juvenile justice system know that not every kid can just be sent home with a hug and promise to do better. These crusaders are not doing the kids any favors by sending them home to environments that have already proven to be detrimental. [/quote]

They are not caged 23 hours a day in residential treatment facilities :roll: and sending these kids home to parents incapable of meeting their needs and neighborhoods where they will get caught up in the same bullsh!t is not a good environment for them either. [/quote]
