+1 also recall that Charles McGonigal, the head of counterintelligence in the FBI’s New York field office, is about to plead guilty to laundering money for a Russian oligarch.

I picture the GOPers on this site to be largely immune to facts like that that show them what the reality is. Kind of like at the end of the classic 1962 Music Man movie when the imagination of the townspeople allows them to pretend their children have suddenly acquired musical genius.
