NP. Disagree. This isn't a private property owner's decision. It would impact roads, schools, bus routes, fire, police coverage. Infrastructure should support multifamily before it's built.[/quote]

No, single family housing doesn't flood the city with people the way a SFH does. Apartments often bring in needier people who need more services: more public transportation, more help in school and more policing.[/quote]
