You need promotable skills in development economics, statistics, or finance. I sent a Ph.D. graduate in his 30's to the World Bank. Most people don't get serious credentials for international development in their 20's. So most senior managers would hit $300K in their 50's, and plateau in their 60's. BTW, the World Bank cafeteria is excellent; IIRC they share it with the IMF. Try to visit on days without protests, so you can see the reptilian aliens who manage the global conspiracies.[/quote]
