She said the kids were old enough to make the decision (tweens or young teens maybe?) and that the LA lure was just too strong versus her life in Tennessee or wherever. So she let them decide and they chose to live with Tom. [/quote] The kids were only 5-6 and 8-9 at the time of the divorce. If at that age they wanted to stay with dad, I wonder why. Seems odd that Nicole thought at that age they were old enough to make a decision. Tom and Nicole's divorce was finalized in 2001. Kids were born in 1992 and 1995. [/quote]
