I got an Instant Pot. As it turns out, for a reluctant cook, I use it a LOT. I also use my very very old rice cooker a lot. As a COVID treat, I got a waffle iron, and I’ve used it much more than I expected for waffles, chaffles, and Ghirardelli’s brownie mix. I also use my stick mixer much more than I expected, and my regular mixer and blender much less. I briefly had an ice cream maker, and I imagine Earl Grey ice cream and jasmine tea sorbet. I think I used it maybe twice.
What do you do w brownie mix in waffle maker?
yes explain, can i make brownies in a waffle maker?
I figured out how much brownie mix would work with one egg. I added a bit of melted butter, and sometimes a tiny bit of milk, and vanilla. The texture is like a waffle, but the flavor is like a brownie. I’ve eaten them as-is, and with vanilla ice cream, although I bet they would be good with strawberries and whipped cream or with a bit of almond butter. What’s nice is that I can make 1-2 servings at a time - instead of a whole pan of brownies. They also cook pretty quickly.
