Everyone catches up.[/quote] I think it's more about the quality of coaching to be honest. SYC does not teach an attractive style of soccer. As the other teams improve, SYC does not. At older ages the teams are noticeably slower with transitions, uncoordinated in their press, unimaginative with movement upfront, and the teams do not know how to adjust their shape on the fly. The result is a lot of long balls, and not a lot of possession or opportunities. They still have plenty of technicaly talented kids though.[/quote]
