Not saying everyone loves the coach, but you know what you are getting into and there's a culture/set of norms there. Visi as well as some other schools seem to have a revolving door coach-wise in lax and that's never good. The question is why? Head of school sets the tone for the culture of the school, but ultimately the AD is in charge of bringing in (and keeping) the right people. [/quote]
