+1. The Blake on Beuregard is 70% vacant. They are so desperate that they are offering two months free rent and no security deposit if your credit is over 800.

That Council states is partly about racial equality.

The same council that, as pointed out above, wanted to take tax dollars from everyone and give them only to the black people.
