My assumption is that it’s just the wheels of bureaucracy moving slowly. Government payouts usually take a long time, I wouldn’t ascribe it to anything nefarious on FCPS part. My guess is you’re just seeing it move slowly because there is a lot on the line, a lot if applicants and it’s basically uncharted territory. The county has never had to do something like this before so there isn’t existing systems or streamlined protocol in place. [/quote]
