Nowadays, most of the insurance and contracting companies use drones to take aerial footage of your house or property (like the shed in another PP's case). There are currently no laws that prevent them from sending a drone to photograph property. As many celebrities have found, there are very few privacy rules that govern flying drones with cameras and the drone operator does not have to be physically on the property (so not trespassing) to take the photos. And homeowners do not have rights to the air above their property, only to the land their house is built on.[/quote]
