I am no expert on this AAP process, but just because my DC did not get in at first round (but did get in on appeal), I have spent quite a bit time/effort on learning more about AAP. Here is a few things I can think of for your situation right now –

1.	Try to apply AAP again next Jan, maybe with a new test score. I am not sure what kind of tests you can re-take again though, but I did not see you list NNAT, so maybe you could have her take NNAT or a different IQ test (FCPS website has the list of tests which they accepted)? Also have a good relationship with her 3rd grade teacher, communicates often to at least let teacher know/notice your child more. I am not say teacher will give a better GBRS just because you are active/helpful parent, but at least you can find out more about how teacher feels about your child sooner and work on it.

2.	If your school has local level IV program, set up an app with principal and see if you can get your child in local AAP level IV as principal designated student. Principal designated students will be in same class as other AAP kids who choose to stay at base school and you can always apply next year. But this optional is all up to principal, s/he can put anyone in, pull anyone out anytime.

3.	If your school is a AAP center school, set up an app with principal/AART teacher, and see if you can get your child in AAP level 3 program, (if she is not already in yet), I heard if a kid is in level 3, s/he will be in same class with other level 4 kids for reading, math, science and social studies, only back to his/her own class for music, PE etc, so it is almost same as level 4.  Then still try to apply next year.
