If not then it gives you no advantage over any nearby area where you have to drive/park to take a bus to the metro. And commute is relative to where you have to go. Not everyone has to commute to Tysons. 66 is a heavily used route, not that great for commute or even a weekend trip to DC.[/quote] The only areas in Vienna walkable to the Vienna Metro are mid-market townhouses and condos. There were big plans for “Metro West” that never quite materialized. [/quote]
