As evidence in the thread the attention on this program gets in Loudoun County on a thread started for LC Public Schools tells you all you need to know.  Too many kids thinking they are good enough to play at PVI and with all the other options available to them in the county and they chose to ride the bench instead of play at another WCAC school or just stay at you home public.  Clearly, the kids are not good enough and parents don't want to hear it. [/quote]

The OP titles this Loudoun County HS.  This opens the discussion for boys lacrosse, girl's lacrosse, public and private.  If any parent sends their kids to PVI just to play lacrosse then they are not meeting the mission of the school.  Like college, would you go there if lacrosse went away?  I think this is one reason it will be tough to find a good replacement coach at PVI.  The public school job is a better deal for many coaches.  [/quote]
