dp.. considering that NoVa has a much lower Hispanic and Black population than MoCo, I don't think you're one to talk about integration of minorities.  VA only repealed the law against inter racial marriages in the 60s, that's within my DH's life time.  He is white; I am not.  It's crazy to think that only 50 or so years ago, people like us could not get married in VA.[/quote]
