Please be specific on how you "hire" candidates![/quote] We evaluate all candidates based on multiple criteria, including core content knowledge from their major, relevant to the job, and real world problem solving skills. The assessment doesn’t change based on school. However, based on past performance focus hiring on certain schools.[/quote]
