Gimme a break.  Drive down 75 or 80 and tell me that's anything like MoCo.

It's more like Damascus and Poolesville are more like FredCo.

But having lived in MoCo for 15 years, and then moved to FredCo a few years ago, its night and day different.

- People are nicer
- People are less competitive
- SO MUCH LESS VIRTUAL SIGNALLING

If you think the Urbana area is anythng like Takoma Park, Bethesda, Rockville, or SS, you haven't been to those areas in a long time.

Urbana is quite similar to North Potomac and some parts of Gaithersburg like the Kentlands, especially the Villages of Urbana area. Some of the areas feeding to Urbana like Clarksburg have portions in both Frederick and Montgomery County. So yeah, it is pretty accurate to say that Urbana is MoCo lite. Also, a lot of my high school classmates have bought up there because they are priced out of where we were raised.
