Mobs? Clearly you’ve never been to Kiawah. There’s a limit to the number of people on island at any given time.  It never feels crowded even at peak season. [/quote]

Of course I have never been there in the summer.  Played some golf in the fall and that is it.  There are 4 other families in total on my New England beach right now and it’s 70 degrees and perfect.  That is why my street is known as “Billionaires row.”    There are about 50 houses along a few mile stretch. The weather is awesome, the crowds are minuscule, and the setting is perfect.  [/quote]
