[/quote] In our case, we are not able to take as much time off as the others, and they have yet to understand why we can only attend the vacation for a few days. They also have no kids at home, and haven't for years, so they assume no one else does. The bonus is getting the least desirable accommodations (our family only) - bunk bed or moldy pull out couch, anyone?[/quote]
