[/quote] One thing I have noticed being an Appalachian, we all eat home produce in the summer. Green beans, summer squash, sweet corn, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions in vinegar. All of it with cornbread. So, no, American food is not that uniform and some of us are still eating like our great grandparents did. [/quote]
