I think it needs to get meatier. The NIMBY people can tie up these things for (a decade?) with litigation. Maybe petition for city council to change/ limit options for disputing zoning decisions. If the claims are so specious, why hasn't Frumin gotten involved? He's been strangely silent on it (and nearly everything else in W3, including the CCDC redevelopment and the Conn Ave bike lanes). Sure would like to see him show a little backbone in all these cases, but when I reached out to him about these issues he seemed *very* timid to take a position, speaking out of both sides of his mouth. Surprising for a guy who makes a massive show out of how much he uses his bike to commute. [/quote]

He supported Superfresh redevelopment when he was on the ANC.
He supports the redevelopment of the Chevy Chase core.
He supports more affordable housing in the Ward.

He has never hidden from these issues.[/quote]
