In 3 years we’ve had 2 pee incidents. One on a bath mat that we immediately threw out and replaced and one on the laminate floor that was easy to clean. Again this is a very personal decision. We found we got more off season rentals once we allowed dogs. Summer months probably wouldn’t make a difference.
