Just keep in mind that Japan/Korea aren't that close to SE Asia. Flights will probably be 6+ hours, so you're losing a whole day of travel plus you're even further back from the US when you need to return. [/quote]

Describe your best meal in SE Asia in a country that's widely known for not having a culinary history or cuisine approaching either Vietnam or Thailand or Malaysia or even Indonesia. I'll make a note of it the next time I pass through Cambodia. [/quote]
