It takes a certain amount of "ego" and belief in oneself even to get through the early years of rejected auditions and so-so projects. I think people here say "ego" as a 100 percent negative and conflate it with "puffed-up diva behaviors" but it's not necessarily that. How actors, musicians, etc. treat others is what matters, even if there's a big ego as well.[/quote]
